The challenges facing today’s leaders are no longer just complicated—they are complex, turbulent, and deeply human. My work is dedicated to improving the performance of leaders and change-makers while expanding their internal range—ensuring they are not only fit for today’s complexities but Future-Fit for the existential challenges of a world in flux. I provide a high-bandwidth blend of individual and systems coaching that addresses both the “doing” of the work and the “being” of the leader.

To navigate this terrain, I work with leaders across three essential toolboxes: the cognitive, the emotional, and the energetic. By integrating these three dimensions, I help you unknot intractable organizational blockers and build the scaffolding you need to work with the anxiety of turbulent times and take up the transformation that is yours to do.

The Next Horizon: Composting the Old to Make Way for the New  As I look toward my next contribution, I am exploring the vital integration of grief work and hospice accompaniment within the context of modernity. My interest lies in helping organizations navigate the necessity of endings. In our current world, many structures are being kept on “life support” long after their natural expiration, preventing them from composting into the fertile soil required for new growth.

I am dedicated to bringing the wisdom of the death doula into the corporate sphere—not just to make transitions more humane, but to allow what is dying to do so with grace. By honoring the natural cycle of death and decomposition, we clear the space for the “something new” that our world so urgently requires.

A Legacy of Excellence  I have been honored to serve the emergence of agile coaching as a profession. In 2010, I co-founded the Agile Coaching Institute, a legacy organization that developed over 10,000 leaders before its acquisition by a global multinational. My book, Coaching Agile Teams, has remained a top-ranking business text for over fifteen years with more than 75,000 copies sold.

The Evolving Craft & Global Impact  To support the full breadth of this work, I constantly hone my craft, integrating trauma-informed collaboration, somatic intelligence, neurodiversity, and adult development into a coaching architecture designed for the full human experience. This evolved craft fuels my current community service focus: inspiring the global network of agilists to see our current planetary challenges as an opportunity to apply their “agile superpowers” for significant local and global impact.
