In 2010, she co-founded the Agile Coaching Institute which developed over 10,000 people in the knowledge, skills and being-ness needed to deliver on the promise of agile. She is the author of Coaching Agile Teams which has been a top ranking business book for more than a dozen years and has sold over 75,000 copies.

Her current community service focus is inspiring the worldwide network of agilists to see the devastating planetary challenges we are already experiencing as an opportunity to express their agile superpowers to make a significant impact locally and globally.

She constantly hones her craft and has recently developed skills in trauma-informed collaboration and coaching, somatic coaching, neurodiversity coaching, coaching for adult development and coaching for future-fit leadership.

She holds key industry certifications: International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Organization and Relationship Systems Certified Coach (ORSCC), Certified Integral Facilitator (IF), Leadership Circle Profile Certified Practitioner (LCP), ICAgile Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC) and Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach Emeritus (CEC-E). She is also a trained Co-Active Coach and Leader.
