It’s a re-recording of the talk portion of a workshop given at the Scrum Gathering in Chicago in April 2008. The workshop starts off breaking mindsets with some radical thoughts, then goes into what it is to BE an Agile Coach, what it means to coach high performance teams and ends with a tidbit on Powerful Questions one can take away and use.
